Created in 2004, HDS mission was pretty straightforward from the get go: filling the existing void in the Hotelier and Tourism segments in Portugal.
This year, and already with a solid client portfolio, HDS – Hotel Digital Strategy, located in Faro, took upon itself the challenge of expanding its operation to new geographies, namely Lisbon. In the bag, more than 12 years of know-how, and a “vertical” offer with a clear focus in the Hotelier segment. A know-how, that according to Olivier Soares, Regional Manager, “has allowed a significant increase of our client’s numbers in terms of reservations”.
“For an Hotelier, it’s quite different partnering with someone who has a deep understanding of the business, instead of just someone with specific know-how of Digital Marketing”, highlighting HDS “obsession” with results. “For someone involved in the creation of Digital MKT solutions, usually there is a tendency of getting “lost” in technology, when in fact, the drive should always be The Business and its Return On Investment” he adds.

In 2015, “the focus will be all about working with two major national groups, and eight independent hotels at the most”, explains Olivier Soares, adding, “in the long run, the ultimate goal will be becoming one of Europe’s top tier Hotelier Digital Marketing Agencies”.
